ASSESSMENT BRIEF

For this assessment, you will create a written assignment in the style of a blog post aimed at a student applying to university. The blog post should have a maximum of 1500 words and be in relation to one of these research studies:

Case-control study:

Part A: Provide a brief outline of the type of study design (e.g. a cohort study) used in the chosen study. Outline the advantages of this type of study design and say why this type of study design could inform Public Health practice. 30%
Part B: Summarise the main findings and conclusions of the study. Explain the implications for Public Health practice and any limitations highlighted by the authors. 60%
