You work for an IHRM consultancy firm that has been contracted by a client company, listed in the Forbes “Word’s best employers 2024”, to review the organisation’s global IHRM practices, specifically highlighting issues related to ensuring equity and fairness in staff rewards across the organization’s global IHRM operations. You are to present a 2500-word report analysing company practice based on publicly available information (company and media reports). Your recommendations must be supported by research findings from the academic literature.

Your report will open with a 150 (+/- 10%) word executive summary introducing your organisation, your IHRM focus area, mode of analysis, key findings and recommendations.

Introduction
Introduce your Forbes “Word’s best employers 2024” multinational organisation, its basic history and its (explicit and implicit) mission and values (from company reports, mainstream media reports, or academic publications). Discuss the IHRM literature highlighting the importance of effective, responsible and sustainable IHRM practices, along with the challenges and complexities involved in your specific topic of focus (equitable rewards or employee work-life balance and wellbeing) and why this is an area of interest for your chosen Forbes “Word’s best employers 2024” listed organisation. Conclude the introduction by describing how the report will be further developed.
Methodology
Describe your data collection and analysis methods. Make sure your recommendations are supported with reference to research findings in the academic literature. Conclude with a 250 (+/- 10%) word summary review of the selected organisation’s background, the IHRM area of concern, the findings of your analysis and your recommendations.
