This assignment requires you to do two things. You will reflect the learning process of researching preparing and presenting your mind mapping board you produced for Assessment Assignment S1. You will also need to show your knowledge of the theoretical perspectives in health and social care, along with types of leadership, and management roles in health and social care, and their significance in terms of wider issues. The assessment will focus on the first and third of the learning objectives for this module set out below.

The structure of your written reflection is as follows:
- Introduction – To state what your written reflection will be covering and looking at (150 words)
- Outline two theoretical perspectives on health and social care organisation (500 words)
- Outline two types of leadership and management including roles in health and social care (500 words)
- Conclusion and reflection (350 words)
- References (at least five correctly formatted and cited following Harvard referencing system – not included in word count).
