Application of change management frameworks during significant organisational transitions and measurable impact on follower motivation, organisational culture and performance metrics. Critical evaluation must incorporate specific change initiatives (e.g post-pandemic recovery, technological innovation) while assessing alignment between theoretical principles and practical outcomes.
