You must produce a 3000-word Project Management Consultancy Report (100%) in your capacity as a project management consultant. This report is a response to The Smart City OS case study, aimed at facilitating the project’s success. The case study is accessible on your Moodle site. Your project management consultancy report MUST include the following tasks below:

  1. Assess the key challenges managers may encounter during project management within a global business organisation. Discuss the essential roles, capabilities, skills, and attitude required of the project manager to generate value in the Smart City OS project.
